I m a purchaser if TG. In the brochure the project has alink bridge to MRT station. When I call up MRT corp they deny of any approval given to build such connection... any inputs on this.. esp purchasers?

Just heard from TG sales person that the second block layout is bigger that the studios layouts, first block purchasers are we at an advantage or not when we flip?

ENCORP does not have mainroad fronting nor MRT.
Nexis could be a better option. Anyway I hope there will be some 600sq ft ones for me tomorrow
