Public transport is the only way to go or else it will like bankok wasting so much time on the road

The rich people that are from all corners...bcos of the location of this project right in the middle of kota damansara ...serroundings got so many rich people from Tropicana, ara damansara kota damansara mutiara damansara damansara perdana bandar utama, can u imagine how many buyers are waiting from these areas?

That is right 1st day is only for existing buyers of course they all bring relatives...goes to show that their customer base is getting bigger and bigger...sunway got to really buck up Dijaya nowadays has the money and vision...
Like for bandar sunway they only get BRT which is like what the crap?? Cant sunway at least just get the damn LRT in...this 1 got MRT somemore leh...direct link u can basically see the mrt arrive at your door stop...walk down and u can go anywhere

If all topicana golf residence each buy 1 u it i think 1st phase no of units also not enuf for them

I stay in korea for few years also lah...got car but still take public transportlah...of course if u want night out u can drive... for fix job public transport is better
i got plenty of friends working in singpore can afford $ 2 mil condo but still take public trannsport what is wrong with that ?

GUARANTEE no loan reject unit for studio...bigger units also not easy coz so many internal people will filter it...it will not reach the public hand

Sure have to wait for high floor buyers finish signing or else next block few lowest floor will be cheaper than the first block high floors
