OMG! That is bad news for the developers and purchasers. Don't think there is insuarance for WIP building, althought I might be wrong.

Good morning all. Completed building will most certainly have insuarance coverage but how about a WIP one?

as expected, far too many studios here causing FF rental to dip below 2k. 2br holding up well. There are a few urgent sales of the 1k++Sf units that should be good for ownstay.

thats why i said, from day 1 til completion, developer will cover the insurance for building. after vp, buyers will need to cover......but usually the jmb will cover and charge ind owners. if owners have bank loan....the bank will require copy of insurance or the bank will insured and charge to owner.

insurance is one thing.....but who wants to buy a burnt before structure right.......bad feng shui
