Any recovery sign of shop occupancy in KD now? Those shops in front of Giant last time all empty, how about the latest trend? Hopefully MRT could bring some impact on it..

Bro, the article mainly talk on Dataran Sunway... how about the rental at the Strand and the office tower in front of Giant? How is the occupancy rate of those shop and office block? As I know the office block in front of Giant almost 90% empty in April 2017... any sign of increase of the occupancy rate there?
