Do you people realize that nearby development also sold out? Even those 3 star development? Tropicana Avenue, this 3 star apartment 99% sold out, and average price is 800psf, upon completion it will appreciate to 1000-1200psf because TG will be selling 1500-1800psf so second choice will be Tropicana Avenue, Casa Indah 1 & 2.

Those who missed the boat can now go to buy Casa Indah 1 & 2.

KD and Tropicana is the "PLACE' people want to live, play, work.

MK, Hartamas and other part of PJ sau pei already. Look at those condo, very nice condo, freehold, but selling from 450psf - 600psf but nobody want, why? Because people want KD and Tropicana. The prices in MK and Hartamas hardly move in the past few years. There is a reason behind this, things wont just happen without a reason, and the reason is that, everything is shifting to KD, Tropicana and MD.

Feng Shui take turns to turn, KD MD and Tropicana will be the center in the next decade.

Thats why there is minimal or none transactions.

People are not convinced UNTIL Dijaya launch Tropicana Gardens. Nexis is also a good investment opportunity.

Well well well we have another one with red eyes here who need eyemo....

FYI eyemo is available at most pharmacy stores.

When TG completed it is going to worth more than 1800psf, and those outdated condos in MK HARTAMAS DH will still struggling to sell at 450-600psf.

A one bed room TG can buy a 4 bed room Mk unit like MK Aman or Tiffani or seni MK but you know what? People still prefer TG because of MRT. TG is for new lifestyle, outdated township is for those who have no other choices. People buy MK HARTAMAS DH bangsar because they are old and cheap.

KD is the next big thig, and te next big thing is here. Phase 3 coming soon.

I am now in the waiting list to buy another unit. Hope there is a drop out unit or dijaya release some units for sale.

Any phase 1 owner wanna let go? I am willing to pay 1100psf now.

Of course I am genuine. You have one for sale? I prefer the one facing facilities.

5 stones mana ada fight? The location sucks la, GPS also can't find, one might get there when accidentally lost their way in PJ. The small unit 1799sf lowest 1.05m also nobody want, there is reason behind it, things won't just happened without reason.

Last few units of TG2 sold for 1290psf.

TG3 planning to launch in 4th quarter 2013 and expecting to price at 1300psf onwards.

Cyber master you don't have to bite and never let go like a wild dog. I see you keep mentioning my nick in this forum. I have works to do.

I have 2 units in TG1 and 2 in TG2.

Phase 1 700psf

Phase 2 1100psf

Phase 3 1300psf I might enter also.

Phase 4 definitely not enter, it is time to offload my phase 1 and 2 units for 1500-1600psf.

The package will be different for Phase 3.

Developer is still holding more than 100 units each for Phase 1 and Phase 2.

Employees of Tropicana Corp, directors, directors' friends, contractors also bought many units because we have additional 5% discount. I can say about 60% are for public only.

Tropicana City Mall rental rate is very low thus income also very low.

They will concentrate on their flagship projects i.e Tropicana Garden, Tropicana Metropark, and Iskandar Projects.
