i) As far as I know only the CE digital version has been out not the box itself just yet, the box will take a while to come in.
ii) I dont know who would sell you the box and just keep the key as the main purpose of collector's edition is to get the goodies from the box and not the key, unless they have many and want to sell it to you tho i doubt it as it would cost about RM350-RM399 per box as it was with Cata's |
