not sure about the altec lensing but i can share what i experienced. this is how it happened, few years back i went to sri comp and bought an AL 2.1 speaker, forgot which model, price around rm200. then go home i setup and i regretted, the sounds sucked, straight i sms my buddy, rm50 off the price i bought and sold to him. after cod i straight go back sri comp and grab the m3400, love it, using it until today. yeah the model is old but it's good, that's why ppl still recommending it biggrin.gif . i believe u can find one of those m3400 in lowyat plaza, try ALL IT, sri comp, jayacom, viewnet, i'm sure one of them have the stock

Swan speaker is very famous even in US and Europe, it's another level from Edifier. Well, speaking about the passive speakers of course. The active speakers are very reputable as well

Hi guys I bought my Edifier M3300SF 2.1 almost 6 months ago,and I don't know if this problem existed for quite some time already or not,but I just realized that my left speaker doesn't produce sound doh.gif My subwoofer produces bass and the right speaker produces sound,I can feel it with my hands, when I put my hands on the subwoofer and speakers, there's the sensation. But the left speaker, there's like nothing. Is this hardware problem or software settings?

I use on-board soundcard,Realtek HD Audio Drivers.Windows 7 32-bit.

My subwoofer has 3 output holes from the input, one for line-in that connects to the remote,L(White) and R(Red)...so I realized that when I plug my left and right speakers into the red hole,it works, but when I plug my left or right speakers into the white hole,it doesn't work.

Suspect is the wired remote malfunction, please send your speaker to the dealer you bought for warranty claim.
Sorry for the inconvenience cause.

to make sure the warranty is there...
to make sure the speakers actually make sound and not lights only
to make sure the speaker is not abused by dogs or elephants when opening... it should look new
