i m previous owner of Aego M, looking for some minor upgrade or replacements for my aged Aego M, currently eyeing Audioengine A2. Anyone hav suggest me better options then A2?

how about a 3rd satellite for Aego M centre? will that something like a minor upgrade for you? or you want some other sound signature altogether?

how to connect 1 more center satellite?? and where can buy.. sorry im newbie

look at your aego m subwoofer and you will notice the centre is not connected.
all you need to do is find another aego m satellite and plug it in like the right and left side.

i planning to get edifier s330d but there are more good comment about C3 ...hmmmm... someone enlightens me pls .. primarily for music .. listen to all kind of music from Dubstep to slow and pop song ... also need strong bass as i am a dancer .. ^__^

I do have my centre speaker for Aego M, looking for something new actually.

I am more toward R&B, POP , instrumental music kind of person hardly need boom boom pow bass, more enjoy the music clarity and signiture

i just bought a second hand edifier c3 but now only i notice the problem,when testing the speaker before i didnt notice it..here's the problem,
-the cable that connect the speaker to pc gotta to adjust (twist here twist there) so that both speaker works,if not only left one works
-its seems that left speaker sounds clearer than right speaker

so any ideas to solve this?

the pc to speaker cable only or with the amplifier to speaker?

Aego M is suited for Music instead of movie.

I'll probably go for the T3. Hopefully it's worth it. Swan speakers? Haven't heard of it before. Within my budget range?

How's the bass for Aego M compared to the Edifier C3? Which is my old speaker. The clarity of the T3 is good?

C3 is like bass monster compared to Aego M


I can't judge much but i remember Aego M full blast on bass isn't really as thumpy as C3. It's like smooth flowing type.

Clarity of T3 is better than C3 but the woofer can mud up the midrange sometimes

hmm... you can turn it down of course no problem

T3 to me isn't worth the price but that's because I'm not a fan of b00my bass

it's really up to preference but I'd choose Soundsticks III over T3 for modern electropop music

Soundsticks bass is also boomy but it's more controlled.

same as the t3, the subwoofer did interfere with vocals sometimes.

what I like about the soundsticks is that the mids sounded more naturally full bodied than T3 that sounded 'forced' to be full bodied.

however Soundsticks trebles may sound a little sharp sometimes

it's not bright at all... it's just sometimes piercingly sharp like when you use low quality mp3 on it
