i actually like this project, even though it is deep inside from palm spring kota damansara. But it is priced at 1,400,000.000 +++

I also like this project, it is free hold? Anyway, is too expensive.

When was this project launched?

they have a few phase not sure about current phase.
If my memory recalls, they launch the first phase in 2010.
The price is more than 2.0 mio

more than 2mil? thats mean now they reduce the price to 1.4mil?

I received a supposedly bulk purchase invitation for this project..launching is slated on this 14 sep. Wonder whether worth to go or not.

I know this project. Last launch was phase 6 i think. 2.7mil up. Still got new launches? Must be more expensive already. Next should be rafflesia at the peak. But this is not a G+G project. No clubhouse also.

Price?

The lake is ready, but much smaller than what we think.
The lake front units paying for 500K premium to be closer to the lake. Not worth the premium IMO

Was looking at it sometime back. My only concerns were the high tension cables right in front plus it's gated status. There were talks that the lake would be handed back to mppj and may be opened up.

The show units facing the lake is superb...so tempted

Public cannot access to the lake, it is surrounded by gate.

But no way mppj will maintain the lake if it's not public. This is what confuses me

The lake is within the Rafflesia Guarded and Gated Area, and bothering with Forest Hill @ Dsara Perdana and the Airie @ BSD, all are GnG development, unless these developments allow the public to cut thru their development to enter the lake, otherwise public cannot access to it.
