It's quite a big download (~6GB), just wondering if it's necessary. Or will it come with the game disc which ships on Sep 25th?

yes u can install from MOP disc soon

but still just run wow updater and let it download for awhile... u can play once it reach 70% content

just leave your pc on overnight for about 2-3 days and it's done... dun tell me u have only 2-3 hours of sleep time...

Preorder or not to preorder..hmmmm

While Cataclysm was a mixed bag for a lot of players, it was still a very good expansion. For Mists, they are going back to WoW's roots and focus more on enveloping players in lore, exploration and story. And judging from the videos, I think they are gonna succeed

And they have to, this expansion will either make or break them

from my opinion, cata is really a good expansion... up until blizzard listened to whiners ranting about, 'OMG 5 MEN DUNGEONS IN CATA ARE HARDER THAN WRATH WE WIIIIIIIIIIIPPPPPPPPEEEEE QQQQQQQQ!!11one!eleven!1', then nerfing the sh!t out of the content to be more brain dead i mean... 'player-fwenly'

the widely dubbed 'kung-fu panda' expansion would surely breathe some new air into the community (but not for mainland china servers... they definitely turn it into 'Mist of Furbolgia' due to panda-killing action).

i could say the game play is drastically change (again...) to let us feel afresh, and force us to setup a better prioritize plans and decisions to utilitize resouces for damage or heal

i'm kind of interested about blizz dealing with their character development:
how the droodz and the shammy plans to heal back azeroth after emo-dragon's persumed demise?
what would be thrall do when he finds out the simple peace treaty he and his ex-lover, jaina established had been torn by garrosh hellscream?
what sinister plan did garrosh planned that made people from both sides so pissed to the point of killing him?

and finally, since emo-dragon's humanoid form is super-duper under utilitized in this expansion, would we be seeing more of that model being use? (you know... 'MY PREVIOUS DEFEAT IN <X> WAS MERELY A SETBACK!!!')
