Don't. Singapore broker charge min SGD10 per transaction.10/300=3.33% very steep commision you are paying.
Keep your SGD300, buy only once a year. More worth it.
If you really want to go DCA once a month,  your only options is whitelabels of interactive broker.

Fudge. That's steep.
So the advise, is keep the money buy one go, or at least huge amount. What's the minimum amount for the most efficient and cost effective purchase? As in the min is 1%. So we buy 1000. Lowest minimum cost.

Avoid. Why do you need a 3rd party to buy reits for you?
*
I think I wanna try this, due to diversification, lower fees and also smaller investment amount. More flexible then self invest, where u have high fees and only can buy one or two.

You invest SGD4k and pay only SGD10 and the cost is high? Remember if you use syre 0.4% will always got to them and don't tell me you can't buy your own reits.  biggrin.gif

I don't think its worth it as mostly they will invest in Singapore and Singapore's growth rate isn't that good.

I still feel SG Reit only have potential, has they are more quality compared to M REITs.
Good for passive income? cool2.gif
