I bought some croesus today... Based on today closing price and previous quarter dividen, it is about 9.5% yield... Cannot resist it..

lots of reits are offering 8-9% yield at current market prices, but i fear bad times will lead them to slash distribution.

What r the chances of this happening?

U will get double digit yield liao if u get at this price... Today likely u can get it since it is expected to be another day of bloodbath...

after getting hammered bad last few days, most reits are starting to recover.

will watch a bit more before jumping in.

distribution. CRT has announced a distribution of 3.92 Singapore cents per unit in CRT (“Unit”) for
the period from 1 January 2015 to 30 June 2015 (the “Distribution”).


Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company’s unit registrar, Boardroom
Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd., of 50 Raffles Place #32-01, Singapore Land Tower,
Singapore 048623, up to 5.00 p.m. on the Books Closure Date will be registered to determine
Unitholders’ entitlement to the Distribution. Unitholders whose securities accounts with The Central
Depository (Pte) Limited (“CDP”) are credited with Units as at the Books Closure Date will be

Yes, this payment is for a half-year period. And yes, you are getting 3.92 S cents per unit or SGD0.0392 per unit. But read further on the Mandatory Dividend ann't, you wil be entitled to 100% of this dividend ONLY if you hold the units in the form of a local or foreign individual or joint account. Othrwise, you will be ubjected to tax ON THE TAXABLE COMPONENT of the dividend,... can't remember,... I think 10% of the component. The dividend payout is comprised of three components.

Great timing there  I have not enjoyed tis time round. My Buy prices are too low, not even for the recent three-day dip to reach my prices. Hence just watched at the sidelines and collected divdiends only. Thinking what to do wth the dividends now,...
