QUOTE(AVFAN @ Jul 1 2015, 11:08 AM) buy blindly? "buying signal" = ? there is no magic formula or chart that works 100%. most people look at a variety of things. between the 3, the yields vary a bit, p/e about the same, singtel is much more liquid. the charts - i like the singtel chart better, shows good support at 4.10. the other 2 seems to be more erratic, appears to have been breaking support levels to me. so, my choice was clear what to buy when dips come. buy blindly can it be just like fd buy every Q or half year or yearly.... so i called it blindly base on yields Starhub > M1 > Singtel (base on records , perhaps im wrong) Base on chart yes, Starhub and M1 already broke the support line. Thats why i ask the above question.... shall i wait again for M1 and Starhub...

QUOTE(elea88 @ Jul 1 2015, 11:59 AM) Singtel growth stock. With overseas investment. M1 - only lately wanted to invest overseas. Maybe can grow with this small co lor... My M1 is at high price. Will not add. Wait and see. Singtel- my intention is to add. Starhub - I not yet take a look. Safer to invest in Singtel. as for Dividend - Past does not represent Future earnings. especially for TELCO. Unlike REITS its kinda confirm earnings unless major tenant shift out. Maybe u can take a look at UMS too i hv it since 2014. Div about 9% well said... thats why i intend to buy M1 rather than Singtel.... Thanks for the Dividend counter tip Below is DW current holding. http://dividendsrichwarrior.blogspot.sg/This post has been edited by davidcch07: Jul 1 2015, 11:31 AM

QUOTE(AVFAN @ Jul 7 2015, 12:18 PM) sgx - i only "invest" - hold, div, ex rate. don't know enough of sgx to do more. usa - invest in etf's (exchange traded funds); trade their multiples or inverses. usa much more volatile, more things to "play", much more fun. but u need the right broker account(s). if not, too expensive, get slaughtered. so you are more to FA kakis.... heard about CMC ?
