Frankly, I don't really mind this is a Private Placement only and I can't buy with a lower order number. I wouldn't request for private placement units too. I might consider if they have rights issue or pref offering though, for which I can limit the number of units I take-up.

I won't feel diluted in any way. Let the PP folks take up the units.

My average holding price is way below the placement price of $1.579 per unit.

I'll move-on to other counters,... for diversification reasons on top of other reasons.
