What is the beginning set of properties ? Is there any exposure with commercial properties if businesses and head offices moving out of the UK due to Brexit ? Just an opinion,...

Did some research,... the beginning set of properties for The UK is at Farnborough Business Park,...

Hmm,... at first glance, think I'll give this a pass - look at the results,... ALL the properties have problems with lower occupancy, high repair charges, and possibly early lease termination,....

ETF is based on size. Not all big reits are good. Some small reits perform better than big reits. For me I choose to built my own portfolio of reits rather than buy ETF.

Hui Xian Real Estate Investment Trust (87001.HK)

just ex div for HUI XIAN.

the thing that is holding me back is. buy in HKD but div in RMB...
yield is quite good and stable for the last few years.

so, if i get my div in RMB.. put in my RMB wallet. i hv no use for it. and
u know there will be FOREX risk in future too.
