Liquidity is one problem. It's not actively traded.

For a small-cap REIT, its high leverage of nearly 40% doesn't allow for a lot of room to grow further, unlike say, Digital Core REIT.

You are right. But size matters in REITs, banks will favour loans and refinancing to large property owners with diversified tenant base over smaller ones, hence my concern.

I am not advocating for growth just because of growth. There are credit concerns here.

Anyway, I think the 10% yield already factored in the most of the market info.

But yes I agree with you. Standard, mainstream finance is of the opinion that options are not for the faint-hearted and "dealing with short-dated options is a highly specialized activity often best left to professionals.".

Leverage ratio is only 6% using 2017-18 data if you include all assets weighted in its originality (not risk-weighted). A 6% drop in asset values will wipe out all shareholders equity.

And don't rely too much on credit ratings...
