buy buy buy???

Up to you. As what gark and hansel said, Keppel and friends are not shareholder friendly. For me I avoid anything related to Keppel tongue.gif
Too many bloggers posted bad things about keppel for it to be coincidence. unsure.gif

For those who want to read about CMT latest AGM, see here http://fifthperson.com/14-things-i-learned...rusts-2017-agm/

CMT is profiting from FCT at bedok. sad.gif I wonder which will be a better retail reit hmm.gif

QUOTE
- Gross revenue grew 3.1% to $689.7 million.
The increase was mainly due to IMM Building which posted 10.4% growth year-on-year, and Bedok Mall which posted 306% growth year-on-year. The sharp rise in Bedok Mall is due to the full-year revenue recognition for FY 2016. However, overall growth for CMT was mitigated by a 25% drop in gross revenue for Sembawang Shopping Centre, JCube and Rivervale Mall collectively, and a 66.3% drop for Funan which closed on 1 July 2016 for redevelopment.
- Net property income (NPI) grew 2.9% to $479.7 million
IMM Building and Bedok Mall were again the main drivers while Sembawang Shopping Centre, JCube, Rivervale Mall, and Funan all posted lower NPIs.
- CMT’s portfolio occupancy rate is 98.5% which is comparably higher than the island-wide rate of 92.5% for retail spaces
- Annual shopper traffic to CMT’s malls increased 2.3% to 347.4 million
- CMT managed a positive rental reversion of 1.0% for leases expiring in 2016
- Gearing ratio is at 34.8% and the management feels that the level is reasonable considering many other S-REITs have ratios above 35%

I purchased Manulife US Reits few mths ago via Stanchart. But when I tried to top up this acc again today, an error was displayed "Please enter a correct stock code". Can anyone help me with this.
*
Did you have it in your holdings. If yes can try to buy from there. Cause in DBS V, if you are holding it, you can buy it. Another way is did you put into your watchlist?

So, in future, we need to download and install banking apps in our handphone, to generate the OTPs.

Well, for me, I still prefer a physical token, as I do not trust my handphone to perform banking transactions. There will always be supporters and opposers for this change.

Hi bro,...

According to my friend who told me abt this, the hotline man said it's because there are too many problems with Manulife US REIT.

Another fellow investor told me an even 'crazier thing',... he said the hotline executive mentioned sometimes SCB will do this earlier because a counter may be weak, and in future, might not be in the bourse anymore !

I think bro Prince needs to call them and see how they advise him. Is it really Manulife US REIT (MUST) having problems staying in the bourse ? I don't see any selldown though. The price continues to stay at 83.50 Cts to 84 Cts.

But still, SCB removing MUST from their platform is alarming,... hmm,... maybe sell earlier and take profit first ?????  hmm.gif  hmm.gif  rclxub.gif
*
So far no problem from Maybank KE and DBS site although I don't have it in my portfolio yet. When I click buy, still can buy.

Exactly,... the SCB hotline man said SCB is very sharp and will detect problems earlier,... they don't like to carry counters that may be removed from the SGX soon !!! Other brokers are not so sharp,... probably because the rest are not custodians, whereas SCB acts ONLY as a custodian.
*
Maybank KE is custodian what. Unless it's going to be delisted? Maybe DT don't like people not paying him tax? hmm.gif

Any other shares so that I can keep USD ?

Got. Dairyfarm. I am waiting for it to hit USD7+. It's on my to watch list.

Hutchison port. 10% pa. LKS port.
Jardine, man oriental, tianjin, hkland, elec & eltek

Alternatively, try Ireland/uk domicilied ETF in USD. Can be bought from SCB. Not sure % with holding tax.

Do you have other broker? If yes, can transfer USD to other bank and buy manulife from other broker lo.

FCT results not so good even though DPU same. Who want to topup can topup as the price will most likely drop slightly like CMT.
