Bro MGM,... I have to agree with gark,... don't wish to speculate after I've managed to buy the ctrs that I wanted at good prices. Sometimes, the effort and charges incurred may not be worth it.

For me, this activity only starts if the fundamentals or quality of a company that I hold changes into the negative (say the dpu has been reduced drastically),... then I will take profit and go look for another counter.

When the USD strengthens, SGD will strengthen too,... when compared to the RM.

Yeah,.......OPPOSITE effect this time,...my eyes dropped out too,....

Glad I bought earlier and not waited and waited till now,... at least today, I can still average UP,.... and not wait again for the next rate hike,...

Who knows, at the next hike,... may go up even further !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Too busy to check every morning,... i"m queueing Frasers Logistics and Industrial Trust,.. last bought at $0.955 on Mar 17.

Bought UMS at a high of $0.700 on Feb 15,... my overall average price is at $0.6705,....now ran away already, can't buy anymore !

Bought Parkway Life REIT at a high of $2.46 on Feb 20, my overall average price is at $2.1126, a bit high now,... can't buy anymore.

Yeah,... be careful,... don't just look at the yield only,...

FLIT vs Cache,.. If you're holding neither of them now, can buy both. To be safer, buy FLIT only !

Mine was accumulated since 2011, and last bought in April 2013. I'm at a 20% loss in terms of capital, but with the divvies collected throughout the years,...I'm stll at a slight positive after factoring in the capital loss,...

I chose not to run away from this one,... I still believed in Daniel Cerf,... I ran away from Sabana.

I am of the opinion that for now, Aussie industrial prop plays have potential,... I am invested directly into the ASX REITs too, many of which are Aussie industrial props,... I observed there is potential,...

This conviction is further reinforced by the fact that many SG REITs are rushing into Aussie industrial props too recently, if you noticed, incl the Cache and FLIT.

I won't add into Cache for now,... but I will keep queuing for FLIT,....

Hi bro,... In FLIT Financial Year system, their 1st Quarter is from Oct 1st till Dec 31st.. They have already reported their performance in the form of : Financial Statements and Related Announcement::First Quarter Results, which was broadcast on SGXNet on Feb 3rd., 2017. A dividend was also announced in the above, BUT this dividend is NOT given out yet.

This dividend will be paid out TOGETHER with their 2nd Quarter payout, which is the payout for the period from Jan 1st. till Mar 31st.. Since we are still in the month of March, the results are still being 'accumulated' till Mar 31st..

I predict their Second Quarter Results will be released in late-April or early-May 2017, a bit late since this is their first year of operation... Watch out for the next ann't of the : Notification of Results Release.
