since i researching.. here is some info :

http://www.todayonline.com/business/keppel...r-heavy-trading

QUOTE(davidcch07 @ Jan 7 2015, 05:58 PM)
make it short ...

FREQUENCY OF DISTRIBUTIONS
After Keppel DC REIT is admitted to the Main Board of the SGX-ST, it will make distributions to
Unitholders on a half-yearly basis, with the amount calculated as at 30 June and 31 December
each year for the six-month period ending on each of the said dates. Post-listing, Keppel DC
REIT’s first distribution will be for the period from the Listing Date to 30 June 2015 and will be paid
by the Manager on or before 28 September 2015. Subsequent distributions will take place on a
half-yearly basis. The Manager will endeavour to pay distributions no later than 90 days after the
end of each distribution period.
Keppel DC REIT’s primary sources of liquidity for the funding of distributions, servicing of debt,
payment of non-property expenses and other recurring capital expenditure will be the receipts of
rental income and borrowings.
Under the Property Funds Appendix, if the Manager declares a distribution that is in excess of
profits, the Manager should certify, in consultation with the Trustee, that it is satisfied on
reasonable grounds that, immediately after making the distribution, Keppel DC REIT will be able
to fulfil, from the Deposited Property, the liabilities of Keppel DC REIT as they fall due. The
certification by the Manager should include a description of the distribution policy and the
measures and assumptions for deriving the amount available to be distributed from the Deposited
Property. The certification should be made at the time the distribution is declared

if can trade in 100 unts.. then can buy less than 1k.

uob is 23+... out of my reach if trade in 1k units.
but now i want consider ....

soilbuild biz is forever 0.79! biggrin.gif
so, u get the div yield of 7.8% almost guaranteed.

sgx down 1% today, yet some reits shot up.
not sure why but seems like investors are looking for safe haven in liquid reits like suntec, capitacom and capitamall.
us 10 yr bonds yield now at low of 1.74% only after all the oil and swiss franc sagas.
elea, suntec now 1.98, may reach 2.00 after all! smile.gif
*
possible... but Dividend Warrior was sold some REITS lately... and join in STE and Sembrop tongue.gif

QUOTE(AVFAN @ Jan 24 2015, 02:01 PM)
dividend season now....

some have declared, the rest will follow soon.

those with 4q2014 div declared have yield data updated, incl:
SoilbuildBizREIT Q4 – Dec14 1.585 $0.800 7.925%

First REIT Q4 – Dec14 2.040 $1.335 6.030%

Suntec Reit Q4 – Dec14 2.577 $2.000 5.154%

CapitaMall Trust Q4 – Dec14 2.860 $2.250 5.044%

Keppel Reit Q4 – Dec14 1.510 $1.235 4.891%

CapitaCom Trust 2H – Dec14 4.240 $1.925 4.405%
http://reitdata.com/
capitacom and keppelreit yields are among the lowest, if not the lowest.

eagerly waiting on starhill, cdlhtrust and aimsamp. from the price gains lately, should be fair-good. wink.gif
*
Another SG reit will go for Starhill instead of Keppel DC reit. I like laggard stock... because i like dividend yield compare with price up gain! tongue.gif
