There is witholding tax for LSE. 30% reducible to 15%

US shopping center is dying... due to over supply and the American consumption patterns. They go to shopping center to shop only then go off.

In asia, most people go shopping center NOT to shop one, walk walk, see, see and makan, makan. Especially makan as more than 50% of rental is for F&B. For future shopping center trend, try to stick with neighbourhood SC rather than those high class SC at Orchard.

One very resilient neighbourhood SC is FCT.

NYSE and NYSE ARCA is different... I found that most broker in MY cannot trade ARCA through online.

Yes some are dual listed, but not all. If you dont trade ETF, then should be no problem for you.

Fraser Comm Trust looks like approaching new low.. @1.25 yielding almost 8%..

Risk : HP Lease at Alexandra Technopark is going to expire soon. China Square is undergoing reno, so will have loss of income.

Pro : Aussie building (Central park) might have some catalyst in higher occupancy with revival of mining. AUD is poised to be stronger.

I just saw the SG budget... got surplus money some more.

Not like our MY budget.. all full of holes in overspending causing deficit.

No need to know which currency will be stronger.

Maybe only the cash account has agent/broker support.

Better migrate to prefunded MKE, as far as i know they have competitive rates and broker/agent support.

Yes can buy HKSE and ASX.

For IB... look out for the minimum trade per month t&c... a lot of small fees here and there.

If you can meet the minimum monthly trading requirements then should be ok.

Anyway MKE is old name in brokerage, should be ok.

Just engage a professional trustee to help manage your inheritance. You can ask them to liquidate all your accounts and assets after departure and divide accordingly. Or they can manage for you to continue distribute income and/or until your dependence reach certain age or years so they dont squander the wealth . They will work you to establish your exact requirements.
