soilbuild today .78.. why drop when DIV round the corner? any idea?
tot of adding some...

the smaller caps, less popular ones move 1, 0.5, both ways all the time.
there r always some people/funds wanna switch, take profit, whatever, for own reasons.
soilbuildbiz stays at 78-78.5-79, that's it, been like that for months!

i had been monitoring closely last few session, planned to sell suntec, get more first n 2 others.
suntec goes up, first also go up...!! and capitamall also going higher n higher.

so, for now... better do nothing let it stay there since net result is the same at this time.
and save the brokerage expense...

think suntec is at all time high now.

yield 4.66%... at this time given all the oil volatility, eu's imminent qe and us 10yr <1.8%, likely it can go higher, yield go lower still.

plus sgd looking to get stronger against most currencies.

not only suntec... looks like all of them are moving higher, yields going lower.

so, hold la...! tongue.gif

Yeah, hope so  smile.gif
Starhill fundamentals (higher yield, P/NAV < 1, lower gearing ratio) , seems stronger than its retail taikors like CMT and Suntec , but price remained more or less the same for the past 1 year...

CMT also moved up a bit after announcing results this morning, DPU increased by about 5% YoY  rclxms.gif
*
agree about starhill... possibly the capitalization is far smaller, fewer foreign funds interested, low volumes. 0.82 now, slow n steady also good... biggrin.gif

cmt - incr dpu, nice! thumbup.gif

suntec and cmt are my #1 and #2. #3 firstreit and #4 aimsamp also looking good now. wink.gif

those with 4q2014 div declared have yield data updated, incl:

SoilbuildBizREIT Q4 – Dec14 1.585 $0.800 7.925%

First REIT Q4 – Dec14 2.040 $1.335 6.030%

Suntec Reit Q4 – Dec14 2.577 $2.000 5.154%

CapitaMall Trust Q4 – Dec14 2.860 $2.250 5.044%

CapitaCom Trust 2H – Dec14 4.240 $1.925 4.405%

capitacom and keppelreit yields are among the lowest, if not the lowest.

eagerly waiting on starhill, cdlhtrust and aimsamp. from the price gains lately, should be fair-good. wink.gif

Can share what kind of crap exp u had with ytlreit?

can't remember much anymore...
something about some financial plan that took forever to complete, extend, extend...
coupled with new share issue, dilution.
so, price drop, drop, drop...
well, i suppose those who bought when it was at bottom say it's a very good reit...

anyway, i walked away from myreits some time ago, no regrets. smile.gif
