dont forget 11th Sept is Singapore GE.... what you think? the market is real rebound , bull or already dead cat rebound? ?

Let see, time will tell smile.gif If not mistaken some of the reit during market crisis can get more than 20% per annum smile.gif

as i said , this just a technically rebound and Singapore GE... after that you can see free fall... more 10% yield easily find ... Cheers.

Erm ... look like this few month a lot REITS is back to below PE 10 yah.. good good... shall we see drop even further to PE 7... Cheers. Dividend punters
