QUOTE Soilbuild REIT 1Q FY2015 result achieves year-on-year growth of 4.5% 1Q FY2015 DPU of 1.633 cents, 4.5% above the corresponding period last year Portfolio 100% occupancy maintained as at 31 March 2015 Remaining FY2015 lease expiries now represent only 18.4% of NLA compared to 29.7% before the start of FY2015 Rental reversion of 9.3% achieved for renewals in 1Q FY2015 Acquisition of Technics property expected to be completed in June 2015 Agreement reached with JTC for paying an upfront land premium for Solaris u can see the volume building up, looking for the good yield, i suppose. 90 cents by yr end, ok or not? if soilbuildbiz can achieve this, i think aimsamp (same industrial) will not be different - results coming in 2 weeks. i hope it comes with drp or rights issue like last year! QUOTE(AVFAN @ Apr 16 2015, 10:15 PM) 3 yrs... must be 70-80 cents then. nice! Yeap, doubling the capital if includes the dividend received. One of the best performer in my portfolio. Now switching the capital to other REITs and continue collecting dividend.

Hmm, Accordia is going to pay its 2014 whole year distribution by May. It is amounting around 0.0605 per share as stated in the prospectus. Which is around 7.65% based on the current price. Do you think is a good deal?

And mostly in japan. so, hv to also cost in the FOREX RISK.

Good news for Starhill investors... Yield accretive acquisition...
Starhill Global REIT (SGREIT) announced that it has proposed to acquire Myer Centre Adelaide, a freehold property in South Australia, for a purchase consideration of A$288m (~S$302.4m). Myer Centre Adelaide has a total area of 716k sq ft and comprises a retail centre (95% occupancy rate), three office buildings (93% occupancy rate) and four basement levels with 467 carpark lots. This asset will be purchased at an initial NPU yield of 6.6%.
SGREIT intends to fund this acquisition via a combination of internal working capital and external borrowings. This would raise its gearing from 28.6% to 35.3%. On a pro forma basis, management estimates that this acquisition would provide a 2.8% accretion to its DPU for the 12 months ended 31 Dec 2014.
As SGREIT will be releasing its 5QFY15 (changed financial year end from 31 Dec to 30 Jun) results next Wednesday, 29 Apr 2015 after trading hours, we opt to keep our estimates intact for now. Maintain BUY and S$0.93 fair value estimate on SGREIT.

I have transferred money to a foreign broker in US for credit of my account with them and as far as I understand, any remittance below RM10,000 does not need Bank Negara approval. Now my question is do I need to get approval from Bank Negara if I intend to do a telegraphic transfer to my own bank account in Singapore for investment purpose? I have read up about exchange control but I am quite confused. I read that transfer from resident to resident (my bank account in Singapore) must get Bank Negara approval except if it is for education purpose. Since the purpose of transferring money to my own account in Singapore is ultimately intended for investment purpose, do I need to get approval? How do you guys do it?
