running my small oil palm plantation in the interior part of sabah and few other property scattered around the state. no big business but it mean business.
was initially into property for fun due to exorbitant price in sabah but turn out the result is very encouraging am kinda hooked up into it.
well, the land below the wind is there for a reason.
nice place to be but certain town like the surrounding area of kota kinabalu, sandakan and tawau are full of alien @ illegal immigrants.

still to early to tell. ways to go...
btw, i missed the loudness tour in kl last year. were you there?
perhaps, one of those days, we could sit together while watching mu game and talk about it. in the meantime, rvp is worth every penny!
nothing to shout about. i used to work like hell and live a boring life back in kl. watch movie only about twice a year. the rest are all about making few bucks here and there with incomes either go to bank or spend on my ride.
it all started a few years back when i went to kk for holiday, at the same time, with my uncle's connection, i bought a couple of land with cl title, learn sabah's native language / culture by hard, rope in my rich ex-client from kl for joint venture business and the rest is history.
blame it on robert kiyosaki's rich dad poor dad.

Yes, i have problem with them. U know them? They sell parvo infected puppy and would not responsible for it. End up the puppy in the vet hospital and suffer. Have to endure days with dripping and in the end dead.

Yes, i of course filled tribunal case againts them and won. So basically they are unresponsible bunch of idiots without any knowledge of breeding pups. Sorry i may sound harsh, but even some basics on keeping them alive and disease free they also dont know.

They wanted to exchange another pup to me, but sorry i wont want another pup to suffer anymore. I cant bear the moment the pup died.

Went penang....Present exchange... Makan makan makan.... Chui Sui chui Sui.... Makan makan.... Drink drink. Sleep
