Longkang imho so far down. And as u said water is not static. In return, u will get better view, less air restriction, closer to the small playground and a bit higher appreciation. Not much. Just slightly

maybe at first people thought facing longkang and mainroad very close(noisy), so fended off from getting them. But now yes, the longkang is bottom down (not visible from the units) and the mainroad is considerably farther away. average bout 690-700. The one facing old units are like 650-665 :-/

Yeah. That is correct. Maybe they didnt visit the place before buying. I usually check land elevation as part of my requirement. Anyway, check the sunsuria commercials. Cun woh. Pleasant to the eyes.

Anyway bro, you have any idea on the guardhouse?

I feel that the entrance doesnt look "finished" enough. I enquired the agent and he mentioned its completed. I was hoping for a more well designed entry to the houses.

Subsales of ayu impian has been going fast. But imho if u can hold, hold it. A lot more coming in terms of development near setia city mall area.
