yes..that after SAF..before SAF..you also got nothing for a period of time..i dont know how long...30+ maybe..

so my advice..dont be too arrogant..to all fans..not just united..there are high and low..look at liverpool..no disrespect to them..but they are trying to rejuvenate their team..my opinion is that..united hardly survive after SAF..unless the club able to sign JM or Pep..it might be the end of united in a few years..who want to carry burden of replacing SAF..think about that... icon_rolleyes.gif

Yea. I dont see the reason for showing arrogance on behalf of your team achievement. I only share the ups and downs with my team as a fan. And ocasionally some sarcasm here and there inbetween a football conversation especially between rival fans. Thats the beauty if it.
Changing of manager can be a scary thought for fans, especially when you have a manager who has been so succesful throughout his years of reign. I believe saf wouldnt just leave like that. Should be some transition process or maybe saf would still be around to help out here and there as he should still be in the old traffor camp holding some other position.

SAF is the only star at manutd. not the players. cause any batch of players he put out sure can win trophies no problem. after SAF , i think JM will take over.

notworthy.gif I wish had gotten one during the Autoglass years. Me and my brother were big fans of Gullit (he's the reason we started following Chelsea) and our parent went to London on vacation sometime during that time. My brother asked them to buy him a jersey - I wanted one too, but didn't want to burden my parent too much so I let my kid brother have this one - but all he got when they came back was a $10 "jersey from Chow Kit". All because they couldn't be bothered to look when they're there, and thought they could make-up for it with a anything-with-a-Chelsea-logo-on-it. We're still bitter about it to this day....

Back to tomorrow match? Will Romeu/Piazon/Marin will play?

Romeu a bit slacky but RDM do give him chance to prove last thursday match which i think he still need more exposure.

Thoroughly enjoyed the game. 11 vs 11, it was always going to be a different story. The piazon sub was a bit harsh, I feel he was slowly growing into the match. Admittedly, he had some poor touches and did show some lack of strength. Needs to learn the art of shielding the ball from his buddy Oscar. Betrand was looking good as well, with tireless runs down that left and dangerous crosses. Azpi was having a fine game until that clumsy penalty. Pleasantly surprised by his defending and how he keeps things simple. He has the potential to become even better than iva, and has good pace to burn compared to the serb.

Our CB partnership of luiz and cahill still needs more work, and RDM must remind the Brazilian to keep things simple. The aimless long balls I can deal with, even the ridiculous shots. But not when you try and bring it out, get tackled and it directly results in a goal. What I’m annoyed with is the timing of his ‘flamboyance.’ When there’s space to work he chooses to clear it skywards, but when opposition players are nearby, he tries something insane. Go figure.

Studge was frustrating but improved greatly towards the end. Could’ve easily had more goals, and his positioning was very good. I put it down to rustiness, and the goal + victory will fill him with belief. Just wish there was some way we could incorporate him and nando into the side. Wouldn’t mind him starting vs Swansea after that cool finish either, and I believe that wicked form under AVB is still hiding somewhere.

Out of all the goals, rami’s was my favourite for the lightning-quick approach play, with hazard’s pen a close second due to its significance. Got us back in the game with a nice healthy dose of their own medicine. Yummy.

Last but not least we could’ve ended things much earlier, but the pathetic level of officiating rears its ugly head once again. Why was the shockingly clear handball by keane not given? Why wasn’t wootton given a second yellow for that ugly foul on ramires which resulted in our penalty? Why wasn’t keane sent off for that last-man trip on studge? Absolute rubbish. I’m bringing this up, because some people seem to think we would be discussing these sort of things only if we failed to achieve the win. Poor decisions are still poor decisions no matter the final score.

So will the ref be sent to officiate Sunday league football after this? Wouldn’t be surprised if that happened. I love the spirit we showed and its extra satisfying because even with ‘dodgy decisions’ going their way again, they STILL couldn’t get the better of us. Arsenal please take note.

KTBFFH!

poor officiating , even chelsea has got some biased ref decisions. if it falls to us. we say thats good. but u hv to admit , it goes both ways. if it happens , it happens. when we get the luck of ref decision , we say yay. but of course when we get the other side of it. we moan. thats life. every team goes thru that. what we can do is move on.

maybe we just need some leverage ~ after game..a confession or anything...we all know that it wont change the result..

bundesliga got post match judgement for the players..if he do something..the ref will ask him.. if he lied during game..then he will be hit with match ban..if proven that he lied with the help of video analysis.. biggrin.gif if i'm not mistaken lah..hehe

i think RDM has every right to do so. the decisions were just too awful to ignore, and i support his stance in stating the painfully obvious. it could so easily have derailed the result and that's why he's concerned.
