Was told that 15th July is the latest date to sign the snp for those who booked earlier...

after this date they will be able to know how many units will be available. No mentioned it was going for price increase...

I was told buyers would need to use Maxim's lawyer for loan agreement. Those who want to appoint their own lawyer need to write in. The coordinator said they will decide to reject or approve it.

Anyone appointed their own lawyer?

Mine is already stamped early of the month. 2 of my relatives also had been stamped. Have received letters on this. You can check with the lawyer.
