Yes. I notice it, more or less facade ard the same.

Probably consult by Knox, same as Paragon 3 and The Regina USJ.

Can rent for the student who study in UCSI!
RM2000 is not a problem for 3R2B unit.
Walking distance to Mayland Cheras Sentral too!

the access road is a concern. it's gonna be congested in that area, with only one way in and out.

i'd like to know the developer's plan on the access road.

also, Connaught Avenue may block the KLCC view. the 'artist impression' of the view is very misleading.

maybe in future there have another road for exit, like taman connaught last time only 1 exit which in place at taman connaught pasar malam. But in future who knows?

For those investor have to consider about the traffic whether you accept it or not before you buy.

O.. think the price is RM400psf. As sales person told me 1 room studio at RM288K for 600 plus sqft
