The Maxim residence is not easy to cross the road to MRT, why the price still not drop? What is the selling points

May I know how big is the swimming pool?

Olympic size or half of it.

heard my friend said not many ppl using the facilities, so i guess should be enough. They hv revised the maintenance fee after the 1st AGM and is extremely high for such facilities . If u r considering to buy a unit there, better think twice.

Currently, i think no link bridge / walk path. Nearest MRT is Taman Connaught which is about 1.3KM away. Correct me if im wrong.

currently use the pedestrian bridge from medan connaught

just 8-10 mins walking.
