I have a...
-Pentium 4 2.60Ghz,
-Asus P4P800Deluxe
-512MB DDR PC3200
-3 Fans (1fan for the side casing, blue LED thermaltake, other two is kapchai at the front)
-2 Hard disk (both are 240GB altogether)
-iCute 450W powersuply(i know i've been hearing about this brand over the forum, im embarassed to put it on here... )
-ATi Radeon 9800 SE

Here's the modded stuff in my case....
-Sleeving Kit (very badly made)
-RAM Copper Cooling (sticks at the side of the RAM)
-Thermalright SLK-947U(copper)
-Thermaltake HSF (Orange Fan)
-Aerogate I Fan Controller
-ATi Radeon 9800 with Thermaltake ICEBERG4 Fan

That's all i have, and basically, its a lil messy with wires all over in there so i might wanna clean that up first, what i would want to do is to do put some style n slight modifications in the case like better HSF, more lights, bLiNg bLiNg! i have another 2 fan slots, 1 is the normal size, the other one is the smaller size fan slot at the back, and basically, its a simple look when u see it, i mean, i want some nice lights to go with it but i am unsure what colours to look for, wether its blue or green or yellow or red etc. I need some of the forumer's help and advise in helping me out putting up a list and how much it would cost overall for me so that i can do the budget, then buy them n start fixing them in the case, basically, the purpose is cooling and additional performance plus some style cos its like an oven in there...seriously and my case colour is black with a spiderman design at one side of the case with a side fan slot Pls help me pleasssseeee :"(

I can't really imagine a black case with a spiderman design, but i'll try. You could try and take a photo to reconfirm our imagination.

Anyway, you're gonna have to do some cutting. The colors, I hate colors so I've only got a dim white and blue light lighting up my case.

Here's what I'd do.

- Cut a 80MM blowhole on top and fix a 80MM fan
- Fix a 80 or 120MM fan at the exhaust
- Clean up your fans and make sure there's no dust.

The rest, i'll let the other forumers suggest.

I think he went missing already. Or still busy modding. BTW anyone tried building an aluminium case from aluminium sheets from hardware shops? Lian Li's cost a bomb and no customization. As I know aluminium sheets are not very exensive just that you need time to cut it.

Here's a faceplate I made out of automotive aluminium sheet.

user posted image

Can make whole case out of it but the sheets r really expensive. 2mm thick alu is not cheap. It b much cheaper to just buy a rm300 Lian Li. The only reason I made this plate is coz my friend gave me a sheet just enuf to make the bezel.

i was thinking of cutting 2 80mm holes for the fan for the top part, is it possible? will it be very tight or no chance but to do one? how about 120mm fan? the air being blown out is more compared to 80mm fan that has to spin fast like around 3000 - 5000rpm to blow air out whereelse 120mm fan only spins less than 2000rpm to blow air out, of course the fan speed can be regulated by having a fan regulator (ex. :CoolerMaster Aerogate) advise me pls, thanks

1st thing u need to do is cut out the spiderwebs man. Not nice. Very comical lar.
N u dont need a fan regulator if u buy CM fans. Can plug into the mobo n control the speed using the mobo prog.
