i'd say user experience using s3 has been great & it's the only android device ive ever used that nvr made me think of switching to custom roms.
i've a baby sony xperia active phone, not sure it can justify. but the xperia active is pretty decent. sony bravia engine kinda nice, their audio hardware is pretty good and most importantly, i love the dedicated camera button. sony roms in my opinion is still pretty lacking. not everyone is a social fanatic, for me timescape is irrelevant. majority of the apps from sony is irrelevant.
i'd also say, sony made a pretty decent optimization on the hardware. the single core on my sony feels snappier, compared to nexus S on jellybean
