i was considering android for the next phone after htc one X but safer go back ipjhone. Sadly android camera todate still godlike sux. Hope some manufacturer can turn around android in photo imaging.

Jelly Bean (android 4.1) is a totally new benchmark in the OS although 99% of it looks like ICS (4.0).  ppl who says android lags or crashes a lot can now really shut up.  it makes a single core old phone like my desire HD responds like a dual core (no shxt, seriously) and is a bit faster (in UI performances and responsiveness) than a galaxy S2 which I compared side by side. 

the main problem with android is that most of the big manufacturers uses their own UI (or 'skins' if u prefer that term) like what samsung did with their Touchpiss UI that hogs too much resources and quite heavy, that's why it drags down their phone's performance.  and that's why most android phones needs so much processing power (quad core and such) to counter the heavily modified versions of android.  this is why iOS doesn't need so many cores to work smoothly, because it's as simple as drinking water, and it's not a full OS, it's just an app launcher, just like what android's app drawer works with rows and rows of icons, when u touch an icon, it just opens an app.  android is entirely different, it has a desktop, it has live widgets, it has stock live wallpapers, it can have tons of stuff running in the background simultaneously, and now at last, google solved the problem.  even with a full desktop that i machine gunned with live widgets and a full blown live wallpaper, it doesn't even lag a bit.

I'm using vanilla android JB on my DHD, it's the basis of android, pure and simple, that's why i always tell ppl to buy Nexus phones because it's what android is meant to be.  ppl who says android is not supported when the phone is old but iOS will still be, but they got it all wrong because by android, most of them meant those that came with modded UI (again - touchpiss).  manufacturers need to modify their skins that's why it takes so long and after a while, they got lazy.  if u r using vanilla android (Nexus) then this shouldn't be a problem because everything is controlled by google.

yes i hated touchpiss, and sense, and all of the stupid UIs created by manufacturers to put rubbish in them.  but i hated touchpiss more because it's the worst of the bunch because it's so fugly.  in the end, all the UI from manufacturers are SSDD

I don't undertstand your reply at all, I can discuss whatever i like as long as it's related to the smartphone. Sounds like you so butthurt and wanna restrict people only discuss about CPU. I don't think you so stupid that don't know CPU and GPU are together as one in a smartphone. Wont bother to reply to my pointless reply? You just did. BTW i don't think my post is pointless.
