The rear wall is fine. It is the spacing between the speakers and the right wall being too close.

MIne is connected to a h10. And i assure u it definitely sounds better then sp2500. To me sp2500 is a piece of junk. Colorful and fake sounding satellites, bass sounds hollow and fake too.

Pleased with my setup. Bass suffice both gaming and movies definitely

try left--right wider setup
toe in (face in) to ur eye

unlike home theater receiver or amp, PC cannot do the bass crossover job.
so, pc (line level) >h6 (high pass) >h4

hmmm 3 inch woofer cant really do much bass

Just brought X3 from heavy arm, nice speaker for desktop and near field usage. Small size with big sound, much more comfort to listen when compare to Aego M on desktop, now my Aego M put at living room and perform much more better compare to putting in the small room on desktop. I think Aego M need to put wider and need bigger space for best performance.

For X3, Sound stage and Clarity is good, vocal i feel better than Aego M, bass is good enough but definitely cannot compare with 2.1 speaker like Aego M.

my table is big but is full with other stuff(laptop, desktop, monitor and etc.) 
the price different between those two is RM1k,
current money available can buy the x3 but can save money for 2 month to get the x4 (I'm a student btw)
last  time buy ferox due to gaming and budget constraint not to mention no space on table and now want to get a speaker that can last 5++ years,
ferox sucks only lasted one year 
I want a speaker to watch movie and enjoy some music (I'm not into heavy bass, can't stand that kind of music  )
I'm a student can't afford x6  , can be bought if I no eat for 3 semester   

of course audio engine 5 give better bass, due to 5" driver.
actually u should turn DAC loud enough, right before clipping buffer, to feed speaker amp enough line signal.
otherwise the dynamic range is compressed.
make sure u audition x3 kaw2 as everybody has different taste.
heavvy bass might not ur favour, but lack of bass sure wont sound nice
my personal opinion (no test centre at my place) is 3" unable to produce full range sound.
especially when u plan to keep for long. so at least x4 or other choices
aego is tuned to very nice, lovely tone

From my test sp2500 m50w sound abit warm then sp2500. For woofer I can't give any review because my sp2500 is at open area my hivi m50w is in tiny room

rumor has it that swan will be releasing X series subwoofer. better wait for now if u wanna get x3
