looking forward to see the whole town ship complete.
As have source from uems, they have some land tittle issue. Still not launch yet.

1st phase selling 550k plus minus
2 nd phase selling 630 k onwards

Seem like no difference on the size and facade
Why paid more for 2nd phase ?
