The 30% off legal fees only applicable for Maybank customer and dont forget to tell that you got the info from Leo, the Maybank banker stationed in TL office. Other bank I'm not sure. Call up and ask.
50% off stamp duty you can claim one time for property below 400k. if you claimed before, then you are not eligible.
Unless you take maybank islamic, which will give u 20% off the stamp duty

is the unit 20x75 entitle for the 50% off stamp duty?

CODE
KUALA LUMPUR: The government is extending the 50% stamp duty exemption for first-time house buyers to Dec 31, 2014 under Budget 2013.

The price cap of the residential property will be raised to RM400,000 from RM350,000 under the revised ruling.

The government said the proposal is to reduce the cost of owning the first residential property and also due to the increase in the price of such property.

The effective date is for sales and purchase agreements (SPA) executed from Jan 1, 2013 to Dec 31, 2014.

Under the current regulations, the exemption is only for the SPA signed from Jan 1, 2011 to Dec 31, 2012.

The first residential property applies to an individual who does not own any residential unit or part of a property jointly owned, when applying for the stamp duty exemption.

Residential property includes a terrace house, condominium, apartment or flat.

Property price not exceed than 400k.
For bumi, it is applicable for 20x70 and 20x65
For non-bumi, only applicable for 20x65 (398k)

most bank can do that, bundle in the MRTA and legal fees.
If you plan for that, do let the banker know.

Depends on what type of hse u taken? Example: Price: 398k, 10% downpayment = 39,800 + Disbursement fee for S&P = 390 (Single), 450 (Joint) + Loan legal fee +-5000 (after 50% disc using developer panel lawyer) + Stamp Duty +- 6000...so now u roughly know how much u nid to prepare...but thn for stamp duty jus pay later once u received key frm developer....

And not to forget the progressive interest since no DIBS.
