This morning went there to see area again early in the morning and to pay 5k booking fee, sold out already, hopefully this will be a good purchase, apparently people ride to komuter very early, around 8am not pack already, heard peak at 7am,

Hopefully bandar seri putra continue to be developed further, talking to local it is quite slow so far,

But I really like the coldness in the morning, felt like in hills/kampung area, this and and the distance to plus exit & komuter station is what convinced me. Future neighbours, see you all in 2 years time, I bought a unit in phase 2, 39x, now to register to Facebook group,

yeah ! Effect of purchased ! Btw I'm Ba contractor here , you wouldn't regret if you took a unit now , all material and cost of build already increase 5-10% for us too  
Next phase to start will be shoplots and 1 block hypermarket . Hopefully will be a branded like tesco or giant but not econsave -.-a

contract agreement is firm with legal power . if cost raise means rugi sendiri , that's why contractor always markup abit for the future risk :$
