shop lot also so so only..went into the site and saw 2 indon only working on phase 1..others at phase 2..yup,like discussed before,only partial with brick fence..yang lain semua wiremesh fence.. vmad.gif

another thing to share.if you noticed,got a huge rock near the hill slope beside the main road..fence didnt go around the rock..the rock itself acts as a fence! rclxms.gif

wire fence less privacy..looks cheap..but not easily cut through..
brickwalls more class..but more expensive..developer want to save..save..
cctv for sure better with brick walls..

i got offered for 570k for my unit in BA which i bought for 360k.refuse to sell.seems like a decent area to live.but a bit far from KL.

sub should be around 480-550k..i heard before got transaction of 520k under Maybank..got agents selling just under 500k for rows behind the shoplots.

Had a chat with the SA there. The masterplan is not a 100% confirm built. They will do minor adjustments here and there when needed. I am interested on the apartment too (near KTM) but they mentioned decision not yet finalized and most probably will not go through depending on the surrounding developments. But they did mention on apartment planned near existing apartment near KUIS. Anyone heard similar info?
