i got offered for 570k for my unit in BA which i bought for 360k.refuse to sell.seems like a decent area to live.but a bit far from KL.

sub should be around 480-550k..i heard before got transaction of 520k under Maybank..got agents selling just under 500k for rows behind the shoplots.
