so now the most probable theory about whatsapp down for certain users is that maxis and tm(wifi) users are affected only because they (maxis and tm) block whatsapp dns?

Me on android.been having prob with whats app since morning till now.if i log on using wifi,cant get in.so i turn off wifi connection on my phone n go on digi.it works.
Could it be problematic bcos of tm?
