Afternoon.

Using GOM Player.

Formats that ONLY video and NO audio;

GOM media file (.mkv)
GOM media file (.mp4)



No problems.
But suddenly no more audio.

Possible that this happened after I installed the latest version of GOM Player?
Possible that had conflict when I installed some video editing/converting software?


I reinstalll my built in audio driver...still no luck.

Other video format can play just fine.


Using Media Player Classic...lagging...since it's 2GB movie.


Using MKV Player 2.0 ok la.

Gom have problems with MKV files.. use VLC for perfect play...

Cannot use klite and classic WMP?

Maybe the latest GOM audio codec is not compatible with the MKV.

most probably the codec... recommend also to use the vlc... it's free..

I use KMPlayer, can play almost every common file... It's free too...

Using CCCP codec + MPC-HC since 5 years ago,

NEVER TURN BACK after since.

i would recommend MPC, but since u said it's lagging,
use KMP instead..

i know u wont understand this but will try
its lagging not because of size
its the encode

what i mean by encode. vbv buffer rate for the h.264. Next time choose lower profile or a higher profile but set vbv buffer rate size.

Install Windows Movie Player or something else
BTW, what kind of video converter/editor do you use on your PC?
