Unintentionally passed by yesterday, but didn't turn in .. IMHO, the place looks like really not convenient, nothing in the surrounding besides the noisy highway (what highway, I drove through, but I didn't know what highway is that  ) .. if not wrong, one has to make a U-turn to go to KL.

good feng shui or not is very subjective. it take into consideration of human factor especially the DOB. in my opinion, 1.25 M is way too expensive. as waht fello forumner said, with that amount, it's better to get Emerald Garden. address bearing is BAtu Caves??? It's far from Batu Caves. I think address shud be Rawang instead of Bt Caves.
