QUOTE(M@r0R! @ Oct 1 2006, 04:09 AM) to skin someone alive?lol can train using it but cant use it...and when u train, it is highly dangerous to do so..so gotta train with a boken...so it's only for display purposes. Hence why the need of a katana since it doesn't represent anything(power, strength, coolness, beauty etc)....

katana ... looks cool , but if you dunno how to wield it , it'll become a weakness if a robber breaks in ... maybe even accessory for murder my kendo sensei once showed us his naginata ... freakin long. but they train with that only for the movements , not for fighting.

not easy bringing those stuff in bulk. i'd recomend buying those stuff individually in small quantity to avoid any holdup at customs.

If you have friends in Dubai or UAE countries, you can actually ask them to get you one. Even those axe or spear that looks like the one in Gladiator also got. All are unsharpen, and you can just tell the kastam its for decoration purposes, because they mainly are. But they are made with good steel and can be sharpen when you bring them back.
