my 22 lcd monitor backlight flickering/off by itself can it fix by replace the inverter board?

Hi I have a Viewsonic VA2037 the display is white whenever I turned it on... no viewsonic manufacture logo also... if I connect to pc it will show the PC display but flickering... can replacing the inverter board fix this? Thanks. and if it really can pls PM me contact information wanna buy.

Hi its me again... I have another Samsung 19 inch monitor forgot what model tho the monitor turns on but the display is dim and gegar2 like dat... can fix using this inverter?
