That's going to be a tough one. I sure hope you did some measurement. With an MATX board you most likely can fit the XT45 + Fans in there while still probably can SLI. But the board you chose is a full size board

Excellent. Had an A05N sold it with little regrets. The anodized layer is rather thin with LL's products and stains + oils can burn in.
