Guys, just got my new white CFE two weeks ago, CN15xxx, immediately noticed the car doesn't run very smoothly when reducing speed by releasing pedal or when the RPM is around 1250 - 1500, I can feel the engine is jerking all the time for the above condition, one or twice the jerking become more serious that I can see the RPM going up and down automatically by 500rpm++

Went to service center and I think they just helped to reset the ECU, (They verbally told me is "tune" balik), also complained during 1st service, but now still same. Any idea guys?

Is my car's jerking normal? It jerks when it is slowing down by releasing pedal, once in a while it become more serious that I can see the RPM going up and down more seriously while driving.

I managed to ALWAYS reproduce the problem by cold starting the car then switch to reverse gear.

Need you guys' help, is there anything wrong with the engine or gearbox?
