Never been to COSE, can't comment. But i do know the Mutiara Damansara SC..."Platinum Service Centre". Platinum my arse. Shitty SC with bad service attitude SC and cannot solve any problems. Even order to buy parts...never call me back. I went to one small dealer SC in Taman Megah...they got the parts and call me after a week.
