Wow Serious? Does this apply to other cars too like Myvi or it's just Preve or other Proton cars? Because I have this habbit like early in the morning cooling weather, I don't ON my aircond and drive all the way to College. Coming back if rainy day weather cold, I'll not turn on the aircond too
As long as your car is moving shouldnt be any problem. If stuck in jam then different story.
Nonetheless I find it inconceivable that the radiator fan won't turn if the temperature becomes critical
Since my telinga is pedas already becoz my adik always complain the cvt woooooo wooooo sound during slowdown, I was thinking to reduce this sound by installing sound proofing material/insulation at firewall, what u guys think? worth to proceed? but quite expensive also, huhu
You go youtube find video of cars with supercharger, then let him hear the supercharger sound.
Then you ask him "Jelly anot?"

Can i know, is Myvi power than preve? Myvi not more power than Preve, but have better power-weight ratio compared to 1.6 IAFM+ variant. But if you compare to CFE variant, Myvi is not even in the same league.
Bro, I have this issue also. If they say "tighten under-carriage", they don't know what the issue is. They did it twice on my car & the problem is STILL there. Ask they to try something else & please share it with us if it works.
BTW, I'm looking for a car to use for about 5 days. I need to send my car in A.S.A.P to get the gearbox fixed Proton iCare sounds more like "iDontCare" They say it'll take another 2 or so months to get a relief car.
I shared it across a few posts before, but here's the summarized version: 1) When car is idling, there's a very audible knocking sound ("Tak! Tak! Tak!") that follows the engine speed. 2) When you depress the clutch, the sound goes away. 3) According to Proton, there's a component inside the gearbox that needs to be changed. It's not the clutch bearing - I can hardly pronounce what it's called 4) Proton needs "between 3 - 7 days" to fix this issue 5) At the moment, I'm #15 in the relief car waiting list. Ballpark 2 months before getting car. But they said the same thing 1 month ago.
I can't get a spare car from anyone either That's why I was wondering if there's anyone willing to borrow/rent a car to me. I promise to take EXCELLENT care of it
P/S: I must be the only idiot in the world who would have taken a relief car Proton gave to a car wash. Cannot tahan - smelt like a cigarette factory
Oh manual I tot it's CVT problem. So now you still driving around in your car?
I also find it difficult to get back my phone, pen, etc once they dropped into the slot between the chair and the gear shift console. Very deep and narrow too.
"pls insert coin to start car" "Press Start" "Gentlemen, start your engines"
Preve designers must have hung out at penny arcades
On side note, Dugong and City hoh, saw me on right lane, mmg dont want to give way wan. have to high light few times. -.-
Not trying to shoot dugong drivers in particular, there were at least 2 instances when I was speeding on the right lane and a dugong suddenly swerve into my lane and block kaw me, causing me to brake hard. I dunno they do it on purpose or not, but I honk and flash them they also won't give way.
I dunno they wanna compensate for their small dicks or what, see Saga speeding must block. The second time I was driving a Viva.

Keh keh keh. This is what I've done to that kind of driver/car about 15 years ago when I was still young, carzy and mindless (not at brainless level yet). What I did was, cucuk angin about 3-4 meters distance and on high beam permanantly untill they went aside. If nothing happened in 10 minutes, normalised the light, slowly came closer until you are in real bumper to bumper situation at high alert. What i meant bumper to bumper means, your front bumper really touching their rear bumper, but you have to do it really slowly. Make sure you car at the little bit right position compare to the front car, so that you can see far infront. When your front bumper already stick to their rear bumper, accelerate a little bit, and your car will push the front car, and the front car driver gonna feel it also. 300% sure they will go aside, if not most probably both of you will go 7 feet under.
Another way, but less ummph laa, try to overtake through left side, stay infront of them, and slowly decelerate you car till 60kmh. If they try to overtake through left side, you have to push your pedal and make sure they cannot overtake you and slowdown. If they slow down, you also slowdown. Repeat this until you feel satisfied.
SOMETIME, THIS KIND OF DRIVER, NEED TO BE TEACHED.
The first method dangerous wei cars are tougher 15 years ago. Now you bump other ppl's car the bumper may fall off
