Yes. VSS is like free bonus. You should take it too if have the chance in the future. And you have good reason to put in resume too.

Yes, that's why you should aim to join a company that might have some difficulties years later. This way you might get the chance of getting VSS. You can then look for a new job and getting a bonus for leaving at same time
