genetics play a big part of this. other than that, of course you can use skincare, eat well (esp foods that's high in anti-oxidant), vitamin C and such. exercise!! it can help us look younger with a fitter body (very true). sleep well.. deep sleep help skin to rejuvenate. great stuff!

currently i like juicing! self made smoothie. berries which are high in anti-oxidant.. great for anti-aging. hehe!

well, i'm close to 30 also...
but i still looks like 25...
guess not much different...haha

when i was teenage ppl say i looked too mature...like 20s.
when i was in early 20s, ppl say i looks like nvr aged since i was teenage.
now i'm nearly 30, still saying i looked like fresh graduates.

Maybe since i was young, i always look "older".
When gradually age growing, it doesnt really makes them think i'm older or something...

haha! those are fine lines caused by dehydration. if it's wrinkles, it's impossible that a cream can be able to diminish it unless you do some clinical procedure.

make sure it's the juice that you make on your own instead of buying bottles juice in the supermarket.

Those who wants to look younger or have considered surgery of any sort can also consider the most natural way to combat aging.

By understanding our facial muscle and exercising it can help to mold your face shape to any ways you want, according to Carole Maggio who wrote the book Facercise.

Read more from here http://www.thelearnersheaven.com/facercise-by-carol-maggio/

So do it the natural way, safe and nothing to lose if you try! : )

YES!! Just started using it and REALLY REALLY BIG MIRACLE coming to my life. Im 20 + . This product is recommended to 28 & above, Due to my skin (alcohol, lack of sleep, studys and so on etc etc), i need to start using something really workout for it. You will see the result within one week! Cross-finger wub.gif 1st skin get very smooootthh , 2nd my large pore are getting under control and i love it. I would recommend 9/10 for the sk-ii treatment essence. As for the Cleanser are not really my type. So i will mix my skincare product. If ure 30 & above, i think you should try this products! All my auntie uncled love using them and also loyal fans until today (if you have budget to get the whole set) thumbup.gif thumbup.gif
