U can google search the seminar "The millionaire investing program" by Ken Chee, i went for the briefing seminar organized by CIMB last 2 weeks and personally think that the fee is a bit steep for wage earner like me

Yeah, one of the thing Ken Chee teaches is getting passive incomes from dividends.
Which as you know, in my opinion, is badly twisted here.
People forget that the ability to pay dividends comes from a company's earnings.
When the company's earnings starts to decline, dividend will start to decline.
Of course, a company, like Media Chinese has demonstrated, they can bend the rules by borrowing to pay dividends.
Which dividend payout is sustainable, is common sense hor.

Then there are some who get the dividends but is offset by the huge decline in share price but because everyone claims they are making big money from dividends, these people will just keep quiet. Frustrated by how their dividends is vomited out by the sharp decline in share price.

I think Digi is still deem very good for investors who pay attentions to cash flows, with their non-cash items is as much as their PBT. This ensurse the investors that despite their 'apparent high earnings valuations', their dividend payout is sustainable for the long run.

Most of it derived from depreciation RM666mil, the cash flow from earning is just enough for dividend payout (if take out the drawdown of loan RM500mil). So my guess dividend for the future quarter/year is highly depending on increase of earning

There's a lot of money 'depreciated' in Digi's account.
Depreciation is a must but what then happens to the 666 million.
Their equipment is depreciated but not their money.
The 666 million is real money which is added back to Digi's bank.

This is such a beauty.
DIGI current PBT is 825 million but they have paid 964 million in dividends. (last year same period, their dividend payout is only 668 million)
They took a 500 million loan.
Yet their bank cash increased by 418 million to 1.5 Billion!
Not many other company balance sheet as solid as this.

If use PE, then the super VALUE in DiGi vanish dunno where loh.
