MBSB looks like going to trade sideway and probably down. current support is at 2.37 and hopefully with europe so green, it can break 2.50  brows.gif

im actually looking to sell at 2.50 and then move on to CBIP if the price is right smile.gif
*
Almost same like my profile? Well, at least I have these 2 in my cage.

CBIP looks good financially. traded once during the 2.3x times.

hopefully it can drop to my target price at 2.5x then i can buy tongue.gif laugh.gif

currently at 2.69 is almost resistance at 2.70. i dont i will risk going in now smile.gif

It's a boring counter, if you want to make quick bucks, then this should not be the counter you aim for. But if you are in for long, I guess, this counter do give reasonable return. At 20c div, it's like 7.4% now and 3.7 if it were to give only 10c. Besides, what I like about it is not much trading, during drop also hardly see movement, although after the BI, it seems to have some volume.

MBSB bcoz budget 2013

So, is MBSB still a good buy after the Budget and what goodies did MBSB get? I can see that the only thing I can benefit from it is the discount for PTPTN. For the income tax minus 1 pt, I'm not I'm entitle.

For dividend, I find it hard to break 6%. If you mean trading, then maybe you can achieve that and be the living example to every1 of us. notworthy.gif notworthy.gif

QUOTE(yok70 @ Oct 4 2012, 09:00 PM)
My cash position has been between 10-25% in pass one+ year. Today, after all the buying, left 15%.
I raised my REIT's position from 20% to 50% in pass one year, to be prepared for upcoming GE.   icon_rolleyes.gif
The GE never come, so holding that much cash without much use is also kind of wasted. I'd consider 10% of my REITs are "alternative cash" that I can sell and buy stocks when market turns bad. Estimated a drop of 5-10%(on reits) vs 15-30%(on other stocks).

So, your holding of 45% is much much more defensive then me lah.  biggrin.gif
*
I'm also in 10%++ for almost all the time this year, and everytime getting dividend income, will keep reinvest into stocks, keeping the cash at 10%. Planning to free up some cash though.

Too bad Dog Jones jump, my INTC still stuck. Should have sold it last time rather than waiting for x86 smartphone and Windows 8 to be out. Luckily my other US stocks going up, making up to the unrealized loss that I have.

I also prefer to invest, but then again, I won't put 100% invest able cash to stocks directly, just in case situation goes different direction.

icon_rolleyes.gif whatever it is as long you make money, its good enough smile.gif
i curse TM because still cannot reach the target i want.

from 2011-2012 price increase around 80% (2.5x-4.4x). this year 2012 until now around 40% only (4.4x-6.3x).

i thought with Unifi blooming steadily, it's share price can perform better than last year. but mana tau doh.gif

anyhow, a profit is profit. better than loss  icon_rolleyes.gif
*
Even if Unifi blooming drastically, the stocks will not shoot up to RM10 overnight. Anyway, to be honest with you, TM actually shoot up a lot and pays the shareholders a lot in terms of div + capital repayment. To me, if you are thinking of RM10 today, it will not happen. End of the year, it might, or might not, most probably not. It is not a counter where you buy big....and hope when the dice roll out, it shows big. A lot of patience required.

its just my luck i guess + plus some research to profit around 40% from TM currently including divvy+capital reimbursement. btw, if not mistaken, Tan Teng Boon, founder of ICap dare say he beat WB if im not mistaken in one of his talk  tongue.gif
you profit way more. you referring to yourself???  laugh.gif

no offense sky sifu. just joking nia smile.gif
*
You need to look into looooooooong run. Some people profit 50% this year, lose 70% next and earn another 50% the following and the cycle continues. I have great years having growth of 100%, and bad year of portfolio shrinking >5%. But over the long run, it will still be in teens

Added on October 5, 2012, 3:24 pmIs DLADY gonna give high dividend this round again? Seems like keep moving up.
